Ringlia provides AI-powered call management services including but not limited to: automated call handling, AI conversation management, call transcription, intelligent call summaries, and business analytics. Our AI bot receives and processes inbound calls on your behalf.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ringlia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
